We do not have our own shipping company, we do not have personal or crew in the airports or staff in customs of your country. Mostly product transit time AFTER left China (after leaves DGC office, pass through Chinese customs , pass Hong Kong and is in a plane to your country out of the China airport or Hong Kong airport Runway) to your country, will take 1 and half business week, those are 8 to 10 normal days, but some countries this time usually according to our experience is more. After leaving China, to Italy and some parts of North Europe are around 2 business weeks or 15 days, to South America and Islands 3 business weeks or 20 days. Usually 3 Business weeks is the time we consider for general in each shipment to be delivered as in some cases, customs delays, weather and logistics delays by shipping companies can happen.
